How Solution Roofing Limited collects, stores, and uses your personal information.
What we collect
When you use the visualiser or request a quote, we collect: your name, address (or uploaded photo of your home), mobile number, email, and the colour and product selections you make. We also keep a copy of the render we produced for you.
Why we collect it
Your address lets us pull a LINZ aerial of your home so we can render it. Your name and mobile let us follow up with a fixed-price quote — if you ask us to. Your email is where we send the render and any quote you request.
Who we share it with
- Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) — to fetch the aerial.
- OpenAI (gpt-image-1) — to generate the render. OpenAI does not retain renders sent via the API.
- Anthropic (Claude) — to QA the render output.
- Twilio — to send the SMS verification code.
- Our internal CRM (Supabase) — to store your quote request.
We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Render images, addresses, and uploaded photos are deleted 90 days after you create them, unless you've asked us for a quote — in which case we keep them for as long as the project is active, plus 7 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@solutionroofing.co.nz and we'll respond within 10 working days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to count how many renders you've made today (the daily cap is 10 per browser). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
